Once your order is packed and a label is printed, your tracking link will update to "Pre-Shipment." This means it’s waiting to be scanned by the carrier — typically USPS.
While most orders are scanned within 24–48 hours, it can occasionally take longer depending on the volume of packages and local carrier delays. Rest assured, your order is either already in transit or queued for pickup, and tracking will update as soon as it’s scanned into the system.
