RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once our team has received and processed your return, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. It typically takes 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow the steps below.

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@capeclasp.com and send your item to the address below with your full name, shipping address, and a note about the exchange.

SHIPPING

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, or if you ordered internationally, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE

Domestic Orders:

Follow this link to process your return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. In your package, please include the original packing slip with the order number. If you would like to make an exchange, please include your full name, shipping address, and a note about the item you would like to receive.

International Orders:

We cannot cover the return shipping cost for international orders. We are happy to refund you or exchange the item for you if you can ship it back to us. Please ship to the address below and include your order number. If you want to make an exchange, please also include your full name, shipping address, and a note about the item you would like to receive.
