COVID-19 Update
We have received an outpouring of love and support from our Cape Clasp community during this time. We wanted to take a moment to say thank you and to share an update regarding our response to COVID-19.
The health and safety of our team, and our community, is our utmost priority. We are closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as our local and federal government.
To do our part in "flattening the curve," we are working with a significantly smaller team. We are doing our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible while following the mandated guidelines. With that being said, orders may be delayed as we prioritize our staff's safety while continuing to offer nationwide shipping and worldwide shipping where available.
We are still processing orders within 3 business days after confirmation. However, due to our reduced capacity and delays expressed by the United States Postal Service, we ask that customers allow 10 days for tracking information to begin updating once their shipping label has been created. Rest assured, your orders will get to you as soon as possible!
