For the past 2 years, Nakawe Project has been spanning the globe to film and document the the best evidence to show the steady decline of the worlds biggest fisheries. They have met and collaborated with scholars, artists, colleagues, fishermen and marine biologists & explorers to get their accounts in front and behind the fishing nets.

Now in advanced production, support from Cape Clasp will help Nawake complete this eye opening documentary and aid in it’s distribution to schools, universities and coastal communities that are severely affected by overfishing.
